The 2015 Cricket World Cup is in full swing Down Under, with a host of Caribbean Premier League stars representing their countries on the global stage in Australia and New Zealand.

But almost a week into the competition, how are our CPL boys faring? In the first of a weekly series, we take a look at who's hot and who's not...

BARBADOS TRIDENTS

The reigning CPL champions haven't set the World Cup on fire just yet - West Indies' young captain Jason Holder took 0-44 from his 9 overs in their defeat at the hands of Ireland, while Dwayne Smith scored 18 opening the innings.

The three West Indies players had mixed days, with Chris Gayle hitting 36 off 65 and Andre Russell 27 not out from 13 before taking 0-33 from 6, while Jerome Taylor took wickets but proved expensive, ending with 3-71 from 8.5 overs.
