Rayon Griffith is a Guyana born cricketer who has significant experience at the first-class stage in the Caribbean. In 2017, Griffith was instrumental in Guyana winning the regional and U-19 team of the Year award. He is currently the manager of the Guyana National Team and the Windies A team.
