CPL 2015 stars Lasith Malinga, Tillakaratne Dilshan and Mahela Jayawardena have been named in Sri Lanka's squad for the 2015 ICC Cricket World Cup.
The trio have all signed up to play in the Caribbean Premier League this season and will enter the draft.
Malinga had ankle surgery in September and must prove his fitness if he is to take his place in Sri Lanka's 15-man squad for the tournament in Australia and New Zealand, which begins on 14 February.
Sri Lanka's chairman of selectors Sanath Jayasuriya said of Malinga's selection: "We have to take a gamble because he is a match winner. Everyone knows what he can do - we need him in the bowling department for it to be strong."
Jayasuriya added that Malinga may sit out the final two ODIs of the upcoming series against New Zealand so that he is fit for the World Cup.
